Info: Spend 5-6 hours shadowing a professional dog walker/pet sitter and owner of Dog Walks 'N More. You will ride-a-long to 4-5 different pet sitting locations and assist in handling 6-7 dogs on their daily walks.
You'll learn the following:
1)How to use a gentle leader & expandable leash
2) Basic dog commands
3) How to control a dog on and off leash
4) How to read a dog's body language
5)How to walk a dog safely.

Series 2: "Attend a Consultation"
Info: Spend 45-60 minutes with a professional dog walker/pet sitter and owner of Dog Walks 'N More attending an actual consultation for a prospective new client.
You'll learn
the following:
1) How to listen to needs of the client and their pets
2) Establishing a rapoire with the Client's pet
3) The art of the portfolio
4) Preparing the doggie treat bag
5) Initiating the contract and veterinarian release form
6) Obtaining payment in advance.
